The Bonded Stores can be ordered from us, please note that there are a few rules:

1. Provision only at abandoned territorial waters.

Tax-free provisioning (customs duties, excise duties and turnover tax) is only permitted if the fishing vessel leaves the territorial waters (read: the 12-mile zone) during its stay at sea. If it is established (subsequently) that tax-free provisions have been made without leaving the territorial waters, the declarations signed for (re-)export will be corrected. This also leads to an additional claim/additional assessment of all taxes from the supplier or captain or shipping company.

2. Provisioning without customs clearance formalities

If the territorial waters are left and no larger quantities of the following goods per crew member (aged 17 or older) are supplied, no formalities need to be completed upon departure of the ship:

tobacco products

200 cigarettes or 100 cigarillos or 50 cigars or 250 grams of smoking tobacco or a proportional assortment of these products;

Alcoholic beverages

1 liter of distilled alcoholic beverage with an alcohol content of more than 22% vol; or 2 liters of distilled alcoholic beverage with an alcohol content of 22% vol or less, aperitifs based on wine or alcohol. The amounts stated relate to a journey duration of 7 days or less. If these quantities are respected, the fishing vessel can leave the port without completing any customs formalities.
