The Bonded Stores can be ordered from us, please note that there are some rules attached to this:
1. Supply only when leaving territorial waters.
Provisioning tax-free (customs duties, excise duties and sales tax) is only permitted if the fishing vessel leaves the territorial waters during its stay at sea (read: the 12-mile zone). If it is established (in retrospect) that provisions have been made tax-free without leaving the territorial waters, the declarations signed for (re)export will be corrected. This also leads to additional claims/additional assessment of all taxes from the supplier and the captain or shipping company.
2. Provisioning without clearance formalities
If the territorial waters are left and no larger quantities of the following goods per crew member (aged 17 or older) are provided, no formalities need to be completed when the ship departs:
200 cigarettes or 100 cigarillos or 50 cigars or 250 grams of smoking tobacco or a proportional assortment of these products.
1 liter of distilled alcoholic beverage with an alcohol content of more than 22% vol; or 2 liters of distilled alcoholic beverage with an alcohol content of 22% vol or less, wine or alcohol based aperitifs. The stated quantities relate to a travel time of 7 days or less. If these quantities are observed, the fishing vessel can leave the port without completing customs formalities.
